PEONY on SUMINAGASHI – MARBLED PAPER

Peony with Sumi-nagashi WATERMARKSUMI-NAGASHI – Japanese marbled paper.  I took a bunch of not-good-enough to frame paintings to a Sumi-nagashi workshop.  Some of the results were interesting.  Usually people marble the paper first and then apply a painting or calligraphy.  Doing the reverse was kind of an adventure!
