GOLDEN AUTUMN SUNSET BY THE SEA IN SAN DIEGO

GOLDEN AUTUMN SUNSET BY THE SEA – Since the September Super Moon this week, there has been a minus 0.4 low tide.  The beach seems to go on forever to get to the edge of the waves because the tide is so far out.  It’s a very flat beach, too with no seaweed anywhere.  Pristine with a thin coating of tide left behind turns the beach into a vast reflecting mirror.  At sunset I look behind me to the east & the sandstone bluffs have turned golden.  I snap a photo & am stunned to see that the bluffs look like they are reflected in a lake, but it’s the mirror-like beach instead.  The Stone Man Rock is bathed in a golden glow.  The sun sets & as it dips below the horizon there is a green spark.  A green flash in golden light by the sea.  & I think to myself what a beautiful world.
